Their food is fairly good and they always have plenty of customers, though not yesterday because of the car park.thelmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00934860502828923562noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5613585301584630832.post-48182303535496355112015-12-27T10:39:43.665+00:002015-12-27T10:39:43.665+00:00Hi Thelma

Clear sky and sun shining rather weakly this morning - let us hope the worst is over. Agree about refugees - I thought about them yesterday too, about the dire conditions - what must they think to it all?The Weaver of Grasshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13947971556343746883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5613585301584630832.post-3577465821441187612015-12-26T20:33:07.423+00:002015-12-26T20:33:07.423+00:00Endless rain here--and humid warmth to go with it....Endless rain here--and humid warmth to go with it. Snow would be prettier--but would bring its own issues. We take what we get! We keep the wood fire going more for cheerful comfort than of necessity.<br />Morning's Minionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01912356455981434029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5613585301584630832.post-60958374183391127392015-12-26T20:31:32.218+00:002015-12-26T20:31:32.218+00:00Christmas greetings to you as well Trudie. The waves from the backwash of the cars lap against the gates. Todmorden, where my family lives, is flooding, as is Hebden Bridge, the river all along the Calder valley is bad, their basement is flooding and their electricity has gone as well, so we will see what tomorrow brings....thelmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00934860502828923562noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5613585301584630832.post-65411809147497125912015-12-26T19:26:20.405+00:002015-12-26T19:26:20.405+00:00Merry Christmas - is that the road outside your ho...Merry Christmas - is that the road outside your house? It looks really bad. We had our cellar flooded once and even that is scary and 'invading' into your life and home even though it didn't damage our living space and all we lost was a couple of freezers and a little bit of food - so hope that it's not too bad for your family xxxTrudiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16242249211391956940noreply@blogger.com
