Linocut prints are far less common than they used to be. They speak of patience, timelessness and the arts and crafts movement. Isn't it good to come across and painter - or musician - you have not heard of before and really like their work.<br />After watching Gardeners' World last night I scrolled through the Archive on iplayer and watched a film on the last ten years of Picasso's life - fascinating stuff - what a strange man he was and yet how wonderful his pictures.
