Starry wood anemones

Massed wood anemones

Sun behind us, dark clouds ahead so that the silver birch stands out .

Bluebells are starting but they have not yet reach that beautiful tranluscent blue as the bells open

Tiny pale violets amongst the leaf litter

  1. Wow, you've brought back wonderful memories of my grandmother who use to take my sisters and I. Thank you.

  2. Glad you liked it. I have one photo, one half of the sky blue with fluffy white clouds, the other half a deep gunmetal grey bringing another shower. It outlines the bright yellow fields of rape seed which is Essex at the moment. Monoculture at its best I don't think.
