From the West, it comes in over the Atlantic, sweeps over Wales and West Yorkshire and then hits our East coast, before making its way to Europe and Scandinavia.
Hi Rain, yes, we had a very dry summer, so rain is always welcome, as long as it does not flood. But the river at the back is banked either side, for it can rise pretty quickly and flood the fields.
Rain here too Thelma. I am having a new boundary fence done and my fencer has worked through the rain this afternoon. Love photographs - they really bring out the autumn colours.

ReplyDeleteWhat I love is the dark grey slate colour of the sky and the beautiful copper leaves which are emphasised by it.
