Who has not played this game with little ones, I always remember that I could never make it to the cave where the bear/lion lived without collapsing into giggles. Idiot people make the world go round.
There's a photo going around Facebook currently that is supposedly a screenshot from BBC news showing a petrol station - the strapline at the bottom identifies the reporter as Phil McCann. Don't know if it's genuine - but I hope so.
Catching up after many weeks away due to bereavement. That made me laugh though - which is something I've needed. As an aside, Helen Oxenbury is excellent !
The one good thing is if everyone has a full tank there won't be so much pressure and idiots wandering around (using their petrol up). I don't think this government knows what the word logistics mean ;)

I was sorry to hear your sad news it is a difficult time only healed very slowly. I love children books but you need young children to buy them for!
